Master of Arts in Education (Online)

The Master of Arts in Education at the University of Mobile is offered online. This program allows you to begin classes at any time (Fall, Spring or Summer semesters). The Master of Arts in Education program leads to Class A certification in Early Childhood Education and/or Elementary Education. Students may choose to combine the Early Childhood and Elementary Education programs for dual certification. Options are:

  • Dual Early Childhood & Elementary
  • Early Childhood
  • Elementary

A current Class B level teacher certification in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or both is required to participate in the traditional MA in Education.

Earning a Master of Arts in Education opens doors to increase knowledge and skills to be a more effective educator, for greater career advancement and opportunities for leadership, and for higher pay.
