Assistant/Associate Professor of Management

The University of Mobile’s Grace Pilot School of Business invites applications for a full-time/tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Management. The position begins August, 2023.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses as assigned. Other tasks include, but are not limited to, preparation of course materials and assignments, serving as an academic advisor to students as assigned, and engaging in curriculum review and development. The ability to connect with and mentor students is highly valued.

The position is a full-time, nine-month appointment. The university academic curriculum is based on a four-day week. Some student-recruitment activities require occasional Friday coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Doctorate in Management or a related field
  • Required: Master’s degree in Management or a related field
  • Rank and salary are commensurate with education and experience
