The new University of Mobile Ambassador program has named its inaugural class of 11 outstanding students who will represent the Christian university at official functions in the community and on campus.

“We are excited to present our very first class of University of Mobile Ambassadors, a group of students who not only possess great enthusiasm for the university, but who also have demonstrated strong leadership ability in and out of the classroom. Together they will represent the university well,” said Lauren McCaghren, senior director for alumni programs and annual giving.

The UM Ambassador program includes a rigorous application and interview process. Students who achieve this honor demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, enthusiasm for the university, proven leadership abilities, positivity, sound judgment and reliability.
