Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education

Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education

A Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education prepares you to impact the world through each child you teach. Interactive classroom and field-based experiences give you the skills to manage a classroom and guide young children from pre-K to third grade as they develop intellectually, socially and physically. You will be prepared to teach the next generation through a challenging course of study in an enriching Christian environment with faculty who mentor and inspire you.

Employment prospects remain excellent, as current educators retire and new and innovative educational opportunities are created to meet the needs of young children in an ever-changing world. Alabama’s First Class Pre-K programs continue to expand across the state, increasing the need for early childhood educators.
