Adjunct Instructors, Marriage and Family Counseling
The Department of Marriage and Family Counseling, located within the College of Arts and Sciences, invites applicants for adjunct Instructors in Marriage and Family Counseling.
Minimum qualifications:
Preferred:
LMFT or LPC with an earned Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Marriage and Family Therapy or Counselor Education & Supervision
Required:
Fully licensed as an LMFT or LPC. An LICSW may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Licensed applicants with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work who exhibit significant clinical and teaching experience may be considered.
Adjunct Instructors teaching in the above fields report to the Chair of the Marriage and Family Counseling Department and Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. The successful candidate will be energetic, dynamic, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Experience in higher education teaching, as well as course development and facilitation using Canvas, is desired. This is not a remote teaching position.

Graphic Design Adjunct Instructors
The Department of Art within the College of Arts and Sciences invites applicants for adjunct Instructors for the following subjects:
- Motion Graphics and Animation
Subject Matter:
- Teach courses in basic digital filmmaking/video production, film directing/shooting, editing, and screenwriting. Knowledge of camera, light, film, and Adobe Premiere Pro required.
- Teach courses in basic animation related to design and film including storytelling/narrative, storyboarding, and production in Adobe After Effects.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master of Fine Arts degree in a related field is preferred. MA and MS in a related field will be considered with appropriate documentation and experience.
- Those currently pursuing graduate degrees in the fields listed will be considered on a case-by-case basis if they have completed at least 18 hours of graduate coursework in a related subject.
- Those with significant industry/field experience may be considered with appropriate documentation.
