We do not. Residence hall selection is based on availability.
When should I apply for Financial Aid?
You must apply for financial aid every year. The best time to apply is as soon as possible after October 1 of each year. UM’s award acceptance priority is May 1.
First, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.gov. Follow the instructions for getting an FSA ID. Be sure to include UM’s school code: 001029. The application process will take about 45 minutes, so be sure to allow time to carefully and completely provide all information requested.
