Brian Boyle

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and Master of Arts in theology, both from the University of Mobile. He has received advanced training in philanthropic major gift cultivation at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis. Brian has worked at the University of Mobile for the past 24 years, joining in 1999 as director of admissions. He has served in various roles at the university including assistant vice president of Student Affairs, dean of students, vice president of development & marketing, and chief information officer. He served two terms as president of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, chairman of the Board of Directors for the Hedrick Foundation, and was selected by Alabama Governor Bob Riley as co-chair of the Higher Education Committee, Coastal Recovery Commission. Prior to joining the university, he enjoyed a successful career in retail and commercial banking. Brian and his wife Amanda have been married for 32 years and are the parents of Savannah and McKenzie.
Caleb Croom

Caleb Croom is the Associate Vice President of the Office for Advancement at the University of Mobile. A native of Jackson, Tennessee, Caleb has been a member of the University’s staff for the last five years. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration Degree from UM. He is a member of Harbor Community Church with his wife, Rachel. In his spare time, Caleb enjoys spending time with friends and family, and is an avid sports fan.

Haley Ikner Haney is the Director of Alumni Relations and oversees the UM Ambassador program at the University of Mobile. Haley holds two degrees from the University of Mobile: a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Science in Communication and Leadership. Prior to joining the university, Haley had a successful career in automotive marketing and public relations. Haley enjoys volunteering in her spare time with Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership, where she serves as the Director of Communication and Fundraising for the Alabama State Seminar. Haley Is married to UM Director of Sports Information and Media Relations, David Haney. Together, they live in Semmes and have three fur babies - Moe, Mae and Missy.
Kim Gully

Kim Gully is the data and communications coordinator in the Office for Advancement at the University of Mobile. She began her career at UM in 1999 and has served in several different areas including Marketing and Public Relations, Business Office, and the School of Education. Kim is an active member of Moffett Road Baptist Church where she serves in the choir, preschool ministry and women’s missions group. She and her husband, Paul, live in Semmes. They have two children, Ashley and Adam, both graduates of UM, and six grandchildren.
