The University of Mobile will be closed for the President’s Holiday Monday, February 16 and Tuesday 17, 2026. We will return on Wednesday February 18, 2026.
Transcript requests received after 2 pm on Friday, February 14, 2026 will begin processing when we return to the office on Wednesday February 18, 2026.
We serve the students, faculty, staff and alumni through registration, course schedules, classroom management, academic support, and maintaining student records.
Our mission is to support teaching, learning and student development by maintaining the integrity of academic policies and the student information system.
Orders for Official Transcripts can be made through The National Student Clearinghouse.
There are 2 options for this:
- $10 for 3-5 Business Days processing plus additional fees (NSCH adds this)
- $25 for an electronic copy of the transcript plus additional fees (NSCH adds this)
No charge for unofficial transcripts.
*Due to the high volume of transcript requests at this time, please allow an additional 10-14 days for processing.
