A Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems prepares you to professionally and competently utilize information technology solutions and business processes to meet the information and technology needs of businesses and other organizations. The growth in cloud computing, information security, and data collection and storage, means that employment opportunities in the field are growing at a faster-than-average rate.

As a CIS major, you will become skilled in programming, information management, database management, systems analysis, and other current aspects of computer information technology.
