Continue your theatrical training and earn your masters degree in one year through the Master of Arts in Musical Theatre with Alabama School of the Arts. This degree will prepare you as an advanced professional practitioner or teacher of theatrical practice as you become a vested marketable performer in theatre. As a graduate of this degree program, you will also be prepared to further your educational training and goals toward a DMA or DFA.

Step 1: Apply to UM

The University of Mobile and the Alabama School of the Arts require all students to submit an admission application before auditioning.

Step 2: Audition

Fill out the interest form today to begin and schedule your audition. Auditions may be scheduled weekly (Monday-Thursday) for the student upon approval from the ASOTA office.

Stewart Hawley, a celebrated director and educator, has received six KCACTF directing awards and acted in films like "Evening Star". He has also published extensively on stage combat, Christian theatre, and historical fencing.
