Since 1961, the University of Mobile has existed to train God-called men and women to leverage their gifts for the glory of God and the good of the world. The Great Commission Fund fuels that mission, providing vital resources that help us equip students to know, love and serve the Lord for the rest of their lives.

OUR GREAT COMMISSION TRADITION
The Great Commission Tradition is a unique and meaningful experience at the University of Mobile. It includes two ceremonies — President’s Commissioning for new students and Commencement for graduates — centered around The Great Commission Globe in the heart of campus. Students touch the globe at the start and end of their journey, symbolizing their mission to impact the world for Christ.
